The Prime Group, Inc. (Prime) boasts an illustrious track record of over 25 years of real estate development. Under the leadership of founder Mike Reschke, Prime has taken four divisions public and has changed the skylines of numerous communities and cities in the U.S. and Europe. To compete with other large developers, Prime wanted to represent its business story in a progressive way. The company engaged Torque to help redefine its corporate identity and message as well as support its ongoing property developments.

Torque drew the power of Prime’s story from its CEO, Mike Reschke, whose passion for details, innovative engineering and use of space, as well as his visionary investment structuring, has been the foundation of the company’s success. Rather than telling the story in past tense, we represented the firm’s credentials in terms that are relevant to their investors and partners, emphasizing the company’s ability to create value today.

Torque positioned the brand with the tagline: “Building Legends,” developed a new identity system, corporate brochure, website primegroupinc.com, and office display installation to exhibit the firm’s achievements. With new materials and a focused message in hand, Prime is expanding its development initiatives both in Chicago and other metro markets across the country. Torque has helped successfully market developments such as The Island on Lake Travis condominium conversion and continues to support Prime’s conversion projects in Phoenix, Arizona and other markets.
