Challenge 

After the acquisition, Jarden Corp.’s Lifoam business director hired to Torque to revise the brand architecture and re-position both the premium specialty life sciences products as well as consumer retail products, with an opportunity to become a market leader.

Solution 

Torque conducted a comprehensive industry study, identifying gaps and opportunities. Working with leadership at the corporate as well as business level, we positioned the brand to: “Go the Distance, Think Big and Deliver Simple.”

We then developed a comprehensive product value proposition that laddered back up to the corporate umbrella brand.

Marketing platform elements include trade marketing and buyer sales support, beginning with a tradeshow launch, PR, direct response marketing, microsite and digital content. 

Results have been strong, with positive response from the sales organization, as well as from existing customers and buyers, who have responded to the products and their relevance to key pain points in their businesses.
