George Street Photo & Video

Challenge 
George Street Photo & Video is a nationally renowned wedding photography company, headquartered in Chicago. Building on its success, the company wanted to drive increased sales with a stronger brand identity. They decided it was time for a brand revamp, to focus on appealing to an audience of progressive, millennial brides. They turned to Torque for more approachable and fun creative that took brand strategy and sales goals into heavy consideration.
Solution 
Torque worked with the George Street team to develop a new face for the brand: one that was more edgy and adventurous, yet approachable. Torque veered away from the portrayal of the “classic” bride, and created a host of print collateral, a complete website redesign, an extended email nurture program and digital ad campaign that capitalized on the new personality. Beyond the original deliverables, A/B testing was also done by Torque in order to even more further the goals of increasing impressions, driving traffic to the website, and increasing sales.
