AOA Osteopathic Association

Challenge 

The AOA supports 10,000 members, including DOs running independent practices, working in hospitals, and students. The association historically published a benefit guide, which often went unnoticed and many members couldn’t even remember receiving the printed piece.

Solution 

AOA turned to Torque to develop a year-long activation program to engage members, raise awareness and increase utilization of member benefits and services.

Torque conducted an audit of member needs and priorities and then created a campaign that invites members to “try more on” with the association. We developed an educational approach to content informing members of benefits. Campaign activities include direct response, event support, redesign of key areas of the association website, video, and email marketing programs.

Members have responded well, and activity levels are up across member services call center as well as the resources websites.
